Review the SAR Member Types and Requirements to determine which category best represents your current position. Also review the Member Benefits and Policies page. Then select the appropriate Membership Application to fill out. Please contact us with questions at membership@abdominalradiology.org

Please note:  Application deadlines may apply in conjunction with participation and submission deadlines for the SAR Annual Meeting. In order for potential new members to be eligible for the following benefits, a completed application is required by 5:00 PM CST on the dates listed below. If for any reason an application for membership is not approved, the applicable submission will not be eligible; in the case of meeting registration, the non-member rate will be charged.  Please visit the meeting page of the website for the applicable meeting guidelines and deadlines for submission.

Please have available your CV and letter of interest to upload with your application. MITs should have available a CV and one-time letter of verification from your supervisor.

Other Membership Forms

FELLOWS (FSAR): The 2025 Fellow (FSAR) application cycle is now closed. FSAR Applicants must submit two letters of recommendations, a letter of interest, as well as their current CV as part of completing the application. Letters of recommendation may be sent directly to the SAR to admin@abdominalradiology.org before the application deadline. View the criteria for Fellow Membership (FSAR).

MIT Upgrade: Members who are no longer in training must submit and MIT Upgrade application upon the completion of their training
