Through the support of the Committee on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, the SAR strives to develop a diverse and inclusive Society where all members feel welcome and can access opportunities for career advancement and success, regardless of age, gender, sexual orientation, race, physical traits, disability, faith, religion, ethnicity, practice setting and all other identities represented by our society.

Mission Statement

To advocate for diversity, equity and inclusivity, and to promote accessibility of SAR resources and opportunities so that all SAR members, faculty and trainees can advance in their careers in research, education and service to the Society.
